I’m Dr. Tonya Y. Griffith, DSW, LMSW, a Clinical Trauma Therapist and founder of Limitless Possibilities Counseling Services. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and major life stressors.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or feel stuck in cycles. My work includes first responders and the military. I take a person-centered approach to uniquely address each person's needs. I look forward to walking side by side with you to navigate through your life experiences.

I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions. After all, change is most helpful when it happens both in and out of the therapy room. (Don’t worry; this “homework” doesn’t lead to grades or tests!)

I work with clients navigating substance use, domestic violence, and trauma. As a veteran of the United States Air Force, I have experience supporting veteran clients and understand the unique challenges they face.
