I’m Dr. Tonya Y. Griffith, DSW, LMSW, a Clinical Trauma Therapist and founder of Limitless Possibilities Counseling Services. I have 30 years of experience understanding the thread of developmental trauma. I work to connect this thread, undo the way it started, and re-thread the needle. These threads include life events, genetics, environment, and system interactions that cause mental and physical diagnoses. I offer understanding with solutions for a new path.

I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions. After all, change is most helpful when it happens both in and out of the therapy room. (Don’t worry; this “homework” doesn’t lead to grades or tests!)
