I’m Dr. Tonya Y. Griffith, DSW, LMSW, a Clinical Trauma Therapist and founder of Limitless Possibilities Counseling Services. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and major life stressors.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or feel stuck in cycles. My work includes first responders and the military. I take a person-centered approach to uniquely address each person's needs. I look forward to walking side by side with you to navigate through your life experiences.

I have 30 years of experience understanding the thread of developmental trauma. I work to connect this thread, undo the way it started, and re-thread the needle. These threads include life events, genetics, environment, and system interactions that cause mental and physical diagnoses. I offer understanding with solutions for a new path.

I specialize in helping people with physical, mental, developmental, or emotional disabilities live independently. I use a flexible, eclectic therapy approach on our journey, which allows me to use the most effective methods for each client's needs.
