Thank you very much for considering treatment with me. I am very experienced as a therapist for over 30 years, as well as working at all levels of care and in business. I am interested in helping you achieve your goals in life and helping you gain skills to manage the life challenges we often face.

I work with adults and teens. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life stressors, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. My treatment modalities are determined by the needs of the individual.

The stigma around therapy can feel frightening, especially if this is your first time seeking it. My goal is to help you identify the barriers preventing you from living the life you want. I offer short-term goal-oriented therapy whereby you will have opportunities to use strategies outside of the therapy platform as a means for overcoming intrusive thoughts, doubt, worry, anxiety, and or depression.
