My name is Dr. Hetzel. I am honored to meet you! I work gently and supportively to communicate with autistic individuals, LGBTQIA people, elder adults, those who have experienced T/trauma, and who may be diagnosed with Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as individuals who experience anxiety.

Whether this is your first time exploring therapy or you're returning after a break, I welcome you. I cultivate a relaxed, grounded atmosphere in sessions. I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.

I have had experience and training in working with clients who have a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, childhood disorders, teenage issues, and family systems.
