I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in treating anxiety, couples therapy, and working with military service members and veterans. I use an integrative approach that blends CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method for couples, and Person-Centered principles to tailor treatment to the client's unique needs.
