Hi there, I'm Ericka!

I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in both California and Missouri. I believe that to make treatment successful, one must look at the entire person: biological, psychological, sociological, and spiritual. All of these aspects work together to make you who you are today.

My focus

I work with adults who are struggling with mental health conditions, including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and various psychotic disorders.

My approach

I offer therapy using a variety of treatment modalities. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as solution-focused therapy.

My communication style

I am easygoing and accepting of everyone. There is never any judgment of the struggles you are going through. I actively listen, show empathy, and meet you where you are emotionally.

My journey to mental healthcare

Personal experience of family and friends with mental health concerns attracted me to this profession. Society is lacking in mental health care, and I want to be part of changing that.
